Bruto started from a simple conviction: coffee and cocktails deserve the same level of craft. Not two separate businesses sharing a wall — one idea, executed with the same rigor either way.

We source single-origin beans from roasters who treat their craft seriously. Our cocktails are built with house-made syrups, fresh juices, and spirits chosen for flavor, not markup. The result is a space where the espresso is as considered as the mezcal old fashioned.

Located on 4th Avenue South in Birmingham, we're a gathering place for people who show up with intention — whether that's a morning pour-over or a Friday night Negroni.
